From the dining room into the kitchen. The cabinet that is supported by boards is going to be removed and moved down to the utility room.
Kitchen - view 2. Although I have additional cupboard and countertop area now, I still enjoy the space my shelving unit provides. We may, eventually, build something more suitable for this space.
Around the corner from the kitchen, is a laundry chute door. Very handy! :)
Before heading down to the basement, we see the 3 season porch. A few repairs need to be done and it will be a wonderful tack room. At the moment, it is a make shift shelter for the dog. ;)

Basement main area - view 2. Plenty of space for empty boxes and exercise equipment. :) The bucket is holding a board in place to keep the cats out of the utility room which will be getting a door soon.

Our bedroom - Bob says that we should get a king sized bed now that we have the space and we can use this one for company.
Our bedroom has THREE closets! 0.0 The mirror doors do need repaired, but sooo nice to have the space! :)

Using the upstairs sink, I discovered that the cold water didn't work and let Bob know. The valve was closed. It was closed for a good reason and refused to close again. Bob fixed that. Then, another lead started. He fixed that. Then, the faucet itself started leaking! Ugh! He spend a good half day on this little project but we now have a brand new faucet and all new hoses. lol
Bob also found the need to special order some covers to light switches that were left open as this style is no longer readily available. It isn't perfect, but they will keep little fingers away from the wires.
I discovered another leak in the kitchen sink, which ended up being from the sprayer. The former owner's had tried wrapping it with tape, but that did not stop the leak. Bob special ordered a new hose assembly (the hardware store didn't carry the right one) instead of simply leaving it disconnected.
