Why Schedule an Appointment?
We value the emotional and physical well-being of our team members—both human and horse. For this reason, we limit visits to one guest (or family) per day. This allows us to provide the focused, one-on-one experience you deserve while ensuring a calm and peaceful environment for everyone.
By scheduling an appointment, we can also:
- Make sure our horses and team are prepared to give you the best possible experience.
- Have your contact information on file in case we need to adjust the schedule due to unforeseen circumstances, such as health concerns, family emergencies, injuries, or weather conditions.
Before your visit, please take a moment to review our Barn Rules, so you're familiar with what to expect and how to interact with our horses in a safe and respectful way.

Due to our deep grief of losing Destiny and Chrissy within 10 days of each, personal coaching and direct horse connection opportunities are currently unavailable. We hope Flicka and Galaxy will be ready for social interactions mid-April. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
However, feel free to schedule time to enjoy the peaceful view – bring your easel, yoga mat, book, or picnic basket and allow yourself time to relax while watching the horses be horses.
How to Schedule
To book your visit or if you have any questions, feel free to reach out using the contact form with your request. Please check our calendar to see if any events are already scheduled and provide at least a 2 day window from when you submit your request and the day you want to visit. This will allow us time to confirm the details with you.
