Refunds and Exchanges

Diana Kelley uses a print-on-demand service to order products for customers, which means that all products are unique and produced only once they are ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, if you receive a damaged product or there is a manufacturing error, the printing company offers a free reprint or a refund if contacted within 30 days of delivery. Please get in touch with Diana Kelley and provide a clear photo showing the issue, so she can aid you in the process.

If there’s a problem affecting multiple products with the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation.

In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you may be eligible for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund. Please contact Diana Kelley with the details, so she can aid you in the request.

There are no refunds for digital products.
